Funny enough, Wrane had the wrap last year, and went with non shooting twin towers (who will probably go 2 and like 5 rounds later). I think I would have taken Klay over Dame and considered him over PG

With our second round pick, we’re going with RWB.

He literally breaks everything we wanted to do with our team construction:
- he’s a ball stopper
- he’s an inefficient shooter
- we’re getting him at the tail end of his prime (30-34 year old seasons)
- he plays on one side of the ball

But, he’s quite easily the BPA for the next two years at least, as we project him to be a top 5-10 offensive creator. There’s very few top level scoring threats left, and we needed someone to soak up quite a bit of usage to open up our options going forward. He pairs well with Gobert obviously, as Rudy now has a facilitator that can drive downhill and deliver him the ball, and RWB has a center that can clean up all his lazy mistakes on D.

As the draft is constructed, talent will be spread thin and we have two really good players immediately. This will count for something against the teams with top 5 players and gives us immediate equity. We’re taking the best of what okc and Utah currently offers and melding them together. (We all know how this ends).

The Jaylen Brown pick is probably decent value, but as far as upside goes it was absolutely necessary for the Brad team. Not a lot of guys with his type of upside remaining (that are likely to hit their prime window during this 5 year period)

Uniting Gordon Hayward with Donovan Mitchell is amusing to me

Booker shot 38% on 7 3PA per game as a 21 year old. I could see him having a real chance at 40% on 10 attempts per game next season with the new look Suns. His game looks like he is only a small jump away from being an elite NBAer.
