He had about ten good games last season and disappeared after October. £50m is crazy money, Watford must be laughing all the way to the bank.

However if his value quadruples with the level of performance he put in last season, he won't need to do much at Everton for them to be able to recoup the fee. I suppose they're hoping it was Silva leaving that made him fall off a cliff last season, even though it happened about three months before he left.

From who though? the top 6 are stacked in AMs. Look at Zaha - probably the best attacking player outside the top 6, but I don't see anyone paying over £50m for him.

Fair point, but at the rate the transfer market is inflating, I'm sure someone would be stupid enough to do it.
