He doesn't quite have enough top end on flat. He's going to hoover so many states the others can't even contest. He came 10th in the hill stage. He's a phenom the likes of which we haven't seen. I think increasing his flat power would come at expense of something else.

1v1s are about a flip to be scored iirc so yeah, there's gonna be some randomness.
