I really don't know what to expect.

I'm worried about Belgium going back to 3 at the back vs Mbabbe and Griezmann movement and not enough pressing, if that's what really happening, but at least there are pieces in place to make it different than against Japan. France also have a different midfield construction and Martinez changes looks like adjustments targeted at that, even if potentially fancy play symptomatic and unclear how it will all play out.

Most seems to have forgotten that Dembele once upon a time did play on the wing regularly. It was of course moving to central positions that elevated him as a player and there has been a lot of wear and tear since his winger days.

Overall it could just turn out to be a boost for Belgium to have him in the side if Martinez have worked it all out and Dembele's eventual "wing-back" role matched up against France will mostly be your normal Dembele being Dembele. Belgium around 60 pct possession probably a requirement though and even then there are the France counters and Kompany looking very bad so far.
