people can start picking whenever, but clock starts for real at 6pm eastern ~24 hours from this post. on other days 11am - midnight eastern clock with an hour to pick. PM me (or someone you trust to be around) if you won't be available to pick.

registration still open and will continue to be open for the first round; new entrants will get added to the end of the round.

i didn't see a preference, so let's go with 5 year, 8 rounds, ABBBBBBB. coaches available but not mandatory. players must have played an NBA minute before.

I think having sub 20 teams sucks pretty bad tbh, having 25 or 30 is even better, but the exercise is kinda silly with that few of teams. No I don't have a suggestion, just offering my opinion

i don't disagree. i think ~num of nba teams is optimal.

IRL drafts on the 21st. might get some good nba SE traffic up til then, so lets hold off a bit, and i'll PM another mod about fixing the title

I'm not a big fan of using the incoming rookie class because I feel like in a 5 year draft it twists your arm into drafting a bunch of them in the later rounds, which is a highly volatile skill, shoutout sam hinkie.

Open to other opinions.
