Quick rundown of what can happen on Matchday 4 (running from Sunday to Tuesday):

Sunday:

League A, Group 3: Portugal will win the group if there is a draw between Poland and Italy.
League B, Group 2: Turkey will be out of contention with a loss against Russia.
League C, Group 4: Lithuania will be out of contention for the group win if they don't get a better result than Serbia. They will be relegated with a loss against Montenegro and a Romania victory against Serbia.
League D, Group 3: Malta will be out of contention if they don't match Kosovo's result. Faroe Islands will also be out of contention if they lose against Kosovo.

Monday:

League A, Group 2: Iceland will be relegated with a loss against Switzerland.
League A, Group 4: Spain will win the group with a victory over England.
League B, Group 3: Northern Ireland will be out of contention with a loss against Bosnia.
League C, Group 2: Estonia already out of contention. Estonia will be relegated with a loss against Hungary and Greece getting at least a draw against Finland. Hungary will be out of contention if they don't match Finland's result.
League D, Group 2: San Marino will be out of contention with a loss in Luxembourg, and will also be relegated should Moldova win in Belarus as well.

Tuesday:

League A, Group 1: Germany will be out of contention with a loss against France.
League B, Group 1: Ukraine will win the group with a victory over the Czech Republic. Slovakia will be out of contention if Ukraine gets at least a draw.
League C, Group 3: Slovenia is basically already out of contention, and will be relagated with a loss against Cyprus and Norway getting at least a draw in Bulgaria.
League D, Group 1: Georgia will win the group with a victory in Latvia.
League D, Group 4: Macedonia will win the group with a victory in Armenia and a Liechtenstein/Gibraltar draw.
