How many men and women have lost in every slam final? W/O looking I'd guess Federer, Serena, Venus, Evert, Navratilova maybe Agassi? Djokovic lost in French & Australian Open finals to Wawrinka and Wimbledon to Sir Andrew but hasn't lost in the Australian Open final? And Nadal has never lost in the final of Roland Garros. Oh, Murray too! Maybe Lendl?

The point is they all know how it feels to lose.

All of these are right except for Agassi, who never lost in the Australian final. Lendl is right.

Missing Steffi Graf, Yvonne Goolagong Cawley and Arantxa Sanchez Vicario.

edit: that's not definitive, there's probably others, but what I could find easily off wiki info. there's also some lol olds that i felt like weren't worth including (sorry ken rosewall)

You really think Roger knew how Andy felt in that moment? Are you simply ignoring any context? Baffled I'm even having to try to explain this so I won't.

Totally justified, comparable, and appropriate sports history feelings according to kingweed:

Jordan to Barkley after beating him in the '93 Finals: "We all know how it feels to lose."

Tiger to Mickelson after beating him in the '02 Masters and US Open before Phil ever won a Major: "We all know how it feels to lose."

Add to this list, go go go!

Sounds like you need to go the AIDS containment thread, Jordan does not what it feels like to lose

Hingis still hot as **** I don't care what anyone says. Also she'd be a threat in singles still I am pretty sure.

Hingis volleys beautifully. Plus while there may be more conventionally attractive players, there's something about her look and attitude that makes me want to...

Hingis hasn't aged in about 10 years. And I don't think her play has deteriorated any either.

Federer already 5 wimbledons when he lost. Roddick had/has 0

He knew that was his best chance and he came up one overhead volley short.

Obviously he doesn’t know exactly how he felt in that moment.

Everyone has tough losses it’s part of sport. Everyone feels differently.

Sure some will be like well couldn’t really give a **** anyway. Others will be heart broken. Loads of different out comes.

What are people wanting the winner to come out and say? Whey hey I won, stick it up ya! Knew I’d win anyway.

Theyd come across as a right dick.

I remember watching a Federer/Nadal epic match a while back and thinking these guys have to be doping. They were flying all over the court, still hitting diving cross-court winners late into the 5th set. Neither one even seemed to be breathing hard. Fatigue just seemed to disappear as an issue in elite pro tennis a decade ago or so.

Hingis confirmed still hot. Wouldn't mind having a sexy party with her.

Problem with Brit v Brit is that the crowd doesn't seem to want to vocally support either side. Atmosphere has been a bit dead.

She definitely parties. Adds to the hotness for sure. If it wasn't for injuries and a headcase mother she'd have 20 slams or something.

I think fed did that when he busted out the "15" outfit after beating Andy

Did Kontinen carry Watson through the tournament? Because she was both technically and tactically poor.

Feel like Hingis' ex said she pretty much slept around on tour so you def have a chance. Walked in on her multiple times with other dudes.

Surprised by all the Hingis love. A bit before my time but wasn't she the one with the huge ladystache?

Bill Burr had a funny bit about people being outraged when attractive, successful people get caught cheating. Basically common folk have no idea the level of temptation on that level.

Chris Rock does the same bit basically. The difference between initiating an office romance vs. hot Perkins waitresses constantly throwing themselves at you in the parking lot.
