Clubs can't talk to a player with more then 6 months left before a bid is accepted. Otherwise it's tapping up. If a story doesn't recognize this, it's planted for a reason. The bad thing for arsenal it's clearly planted because the two sides are far apart in negotiations.

Makes sense that we have upped the bid for Lemar if Sanchez is off. Glad he isnt staying in England though. That would suck ass...

Get Mahrez as well and we had a pretty nice window all things considered.

Also will put some money on PSG CL winners.

haralabob rekons monaco goat city to live because of the tax exemption, but pretty bad city to visit if you arent rich. I went there in '13 and was pretty cool for a day, but was pretty meh.
