Doing something is going to excite the proles more than doing nothing. However you shouldn't lose sight of the fact that they are losing two of their better players and I don't know anything about the pedigree of the guys from abroad.

I think they've usually been one of the slowest clubs in the transfer market. I'm sure their fans must think it's late august already.

Those two players were reported to leave months ago. Rather than bending over they've been probably the most active club so far. Gotta be worth something.
