Well, Sanogo had 1 goal in first division league football when we bought him. He has not had any since.

I imagine Onyekuru will be with us until the winter then sent on loan.

Seems like a pretty good deal for auba tbh. Sam lee reported yesterday that he had a SOURCE that told him this would probably get done this summer. Pretty interesting that it has traction so early

Sam Lee also noted city had a "list" they're going after

Everton bid £8m for Pickford apparently, channelling the spirit of Moyes. Sunderland come back asking for £30m. Not sure which number is more stupid, but I guess City just paid through the nose for a young keeper who wasn't even English

Feels like Sunderland's valuation is not too far from the mark given the circumstances (young, english, contract till 2020, lack of depth for the position in the league)

Just play your u23 keeper for a season. Not like a new keeper is gonna noticeably elevate Everton this season

RP is running with a story that BVB are willing to pay a fee up 10 €10 million for Lucien Favre. Not sure if that hurts or helps Baids manager theorem so I'll just leave it here

Would also like to note that Favre is a proven xG overperformer. Maybe that's where the money is these days?
