Give me a few. No one linked this thread to the sign up thread .

We are using spotrac for salaries right ?

Yes let's just use Sportrac for salaries. I'll post something in the other thread.

KD is the clear #1 or #2 depending on your strategy, and Jokic I think you can argue anywhere in the top 5 or so. I think there is a very good argument that Durant is the best player in the league next year, and his contract for this is extremely friendly.

I'm gonna take a Unicorn

Kristaps Porzingis
4,503,600

Without Melo and Phil there he's gonna become a superstar this year.

He can play multiple positions and he's cheap . This gives me a lot of roster flexibility later on

Katie was #1 on my board, close with one other

Pretty decent gap before Jokic and Staps, KD is so so so much better

Yes. Click on "2017-18 salary cap" for any of the teams, and then use the "cap figure."

Lol @ not taking KD first, literally the easiest pick ever.

Spoiler : you're not winning **** with a center who can't protect the rim

I agree with Seadood that the top 4 were close, but this was definitely my #1 and I'm surprised to get him here.....

will be 26 years old this season, was 25 last year when he was (imo) the real MVP of the league

His playoff numbers from this past season are out of this world:

12 games
31.5 PER
67.2% TS

Cina you are stuck thinking these teams will be playing the Warriors of 2017, the teams won't be nearly that stacked.

Which is exactly why having 1 of the top 2 players in the league/OAT makes it game over

Staps is spew also by the way, the reason why staps is a great asset is for his ceiling. This is a 1 year draft for next year and he hasn't shown nearly enough yet to think he's going to contribute immensely to winning. He's not even a positive offensive player yet

I have no clue who I'd pick here btw. There are like 3-5 guys with similar skillsets and salaries. I think picking around #7 is the best spot of the draft.

really enjoying this draft, great idea. Nice change of pace, and I think this will def help my knowledge of player salaries(specifically how much saving money actually matters towards team construction)
