Yeh it doesn't explain how fournette's stock could possibly be going anywhere today. He didn't play. It's as a simple as that. His draft stock is exactly where it was before the game. The backup looked good when Fournette was injured. Fournette came back and looked a lot better, more like he could actually murder someone out there.

Backup in; "hey, this guy looks pretty good."
Fournette in; "Ooooo...poor bastard shoulda got out of the way."

Fournette might've played hurt during the season (there were rumors to this anyway).

It's sad another guy projected toward the 1st round of the draft (though not as high as last year) blows out his knee. I'm sure they're still gonna get mad when another guy sits out a bowl game tho. Meanwhile all the major bowl game CEO's get paid over 500k to do absolutely nothing for one game.*

*okay I didn't look this up but I'm sure they all get that much and don't do ****.

I sure hope the ref who called that facemask penalty is no longer employed as a ref. Just one of the worst calls of all time. And that offside on the onside kick. You can't call that. Good lord I think I would have killed someone if I were an Iowa fan.
