Another completely awful piece of coaching, 3rd & 3 call a "safe" 2 yard out. If youre going to play him then ****ing play him, he just got drafted 2nd in the NFL draft he's not gonna lose confidence. In fact you could make the argument if anything is gonna make him lose confidence it's knowing your team doesn't have full confidence in you.

Arm strength wasn't the problem. Jay Cutler was a decent comp for him.

Basically he only started one year in college and managed a worse record with most of the same group than the guy before him who never got drafted.
