Why don't HEM or PT identify exploitative opportunities against other players?

With HUD stats for my opponents, with some work I can identify exploitative strategies against some of them - but this is very time consuming - why can't these programs do this themselves? (analogous to LeakBuster but aimed at villains, not hero).
Maybe these programs already do this, but I've overlooked it? It would be as simple programming as LeakBuster to do this, and display exploitative hints for some villains.
