Poker stove and poker razor seem to be long gone.

I think you are referring to desmos.com. Desmos doesn't host any practical poker tools of the PokerStove type. I suspect you are ignorant of the subject as asked by the OP. Prove me wrong by showing that "esmos" is the "simplest & best" poker calculator/tool out there.
