Using Ignition Hand Converter on Mac with Wine

Hi guys,
I've been trying to use wine on my mac to set up Ace Poker Solutions' Ignition Hand Converter. I have had several issues. Online I've seen to try a variety of different winetricks, all to no avail.
Recently acepoker themselves recommended I try the winetrick dotnet45 to get .NET 4.5+, but that has had issues installing, giving me error messages that I don't have Windows Update Services or Windows Module Installer Services.
Does anyone here use this hand converter on mac? If so, can you provide tips?
