Since the new update, my Ultimate Bet software has been freezing whenever the waiting list window pops up, asking me if I want a particular seat. It has cost me a few hundered dollars already as it has made me time out in a few pots. My roommate is having the same problem so we were wondering if anyone else is having trouble w/ the software. Also, if there's anything we can do to stop this from happening, let us know.(other than waiting for UB to fix bugs) Any help is appreciated.

Don't sign up for a waiting list, play a different table until you ....email support

yeah, i have this problem also, it used to be sometimes it would freeze when the waitlist came up, but after the new bbj update it is literally everytime. anyone know of a fix? you used to be able to fix it with ctrl alt del or alt tab, none of these work now
