is there a software where you can set preset actions for different situations? for example if I'm going to limp 67 on the button heads up every time at certain stack depths, the software auto plays the hand for me in those specific situations. this will allow me to be able to take on more decisions and play more tables. or is that what a bot is and definitely not allowed?

that's a bot, and virtually the same as any other bot, not a very advanced one but if it is making decisions for you (even if its as simple as folding 72 utg) then its a bot and that's against the ToS of all legitimate sites.
