This seems like it should be easy to answer but I can't get it.
I see screen shots of poker coaches analysing players hand histories using some sort of software. The program shows the hands played (ie AA - 72o, AKs-23o, etc), number of hands played, $ results for hands, stuff like that. I thought that maybe this was Poker Tracker but I can't figure out what they are using. Can someone help me.
Thanks

Post a screenshot of what it looks like and someone here can probably tell you. Other popular trackers would be Holdem Manager 2 (or HM3), DriveHUD, and Hand2Note. Most software should have the actual name of the software in the upper left corner.

I've been trying figure out how to post my screenshot and haven't been very successful. I finally found the 2+2 instructions for posting an attachment and was trying unsuccessfully to get my ss posted when I saw my profile read as follow:

You may post new threads
You may post replies
You may not post attachments
You may edit your posts

Don't understand why I can't post an attachment, do I have to be approved ? am I doing something wrong ?
I'll try messaging an administer, stay tuned.

No one here can post attachments, except maybe admins/mods. Just upload the image to https://imgur.com/

That is Holdem Manager 2 (HM2) which is no longer available now that HM3 has been released. I have done customer tech support for HM1, HM2 and HM3 over the past 11 years.

Thanks.
Too bad, HM won't work for me as I use a Mac.
Do you know if Poker Tracker has a function like that ?

There are no plans for a MAC version of HM2 or HM3 at this time. If you want to use HM2 or HM3 on a MAC you will need to use something like Parallels or BootCamp so you can install Windows for playing poker. If you do not want to use Windows to play poker you could consider trying the MAC version of PT4.
