So there is a program that allows you to make preflop ranges with different colors called Range Manager. I bought a license but it doesn't work and they have no phone support, their online chat support always says they are unavailable and their email support will not respond. Wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences. Thanks.

Yea I own this too. Had a problem where my work wasn't saving properly, happened twice lost over 10hrs of work because of it. I emailed support and they got back to me like 3 weeks later (lol) offering a refund. I declined because you can still export to png and it produces by far the best quality images. Use it for exporting to png, do not trust it to save your work unless you love burning hours.

The program developer has been aware of this issue for at least a year now, so if you bought it recently I'd be pretty pissed. He told me he was working on a fix but again that was like a year ago. He really shouldn't be selling this anymore but apparently he doesn't give a **** about wasting peoples time.

Hey guys, I built a free hand range calculator called: handcombos.com. It's free, you don't have to download anything, and there are no ads. I built it because there weren't any decent web-based calculators out there. I actually enjoy using this, and I hope you will too.

I don't know if this has been mentioned elsewhere, but if you put special characters in the "Description" field you can break the saved XML output, e.g. a '>' character will truncate everything, so just stick to numbers and letters, none of these !@#$%^&*()_+-=[]\{}|;':",./<>?`~
