I know there was some call for a "river call efficiency" stat a while ago (how much you win/lose just on river decisions), and I thought briefly about applying that to other streets and situations (but quickly gave up). If you can come up with something that works I'd be very interested in it. I think it's a great idea.

I looked at the PT3 database structure. In the holdem_hand_player_detail table, there are fields for amt_bet_p, amt_bet_f etc...I could not find a street pot size field but we may be able to extract the pot size from all of the actions of the players prior to that street. On the street in question, we'd need to determine if there were actions prior to the action in question, but I suspect thats doable some way. Perhaps, theres an entirely different approach I'm not thinking about.

_dave_ is much better as SQL than me so perhaps he's made some progress. I have not yet looked at the HEM db structure but will try to do that today.

i did some testing with my stars planner layout playing on both sites, and it didn't solve the problem.

also, for some reason, while playing tables will swap slots with each other randomly, making it even more difficult to multi site because i try to keep tables from each site grouped together when possible.

here's exactly what happens if tables from the two sites are cascaded with each other: stars table pops up, before i can act on the stars table, a tilt table pops up, i act on the tilt table, but the stars table still with pending action won't re-popup, and the tilt table that i already acted on stays on top, until i mouse over to the pending stars table. sometimes it works the other way around too if i have activate urgent table selected on stars assistant.

Your starsplanner layout is messed up somehow. copy/paste it here, in the starsplanner thread, or PM me and I'll fix it.

As to the rest, you are gonna need a modified Urgent Table or Assistant script s it manages both sites and activates + "always on top" the most urgent out of both. This is easy enough to do, but it is complicated by the "Stars All In" detection not working for you - they will be easily missed if other tables are always on top.

I found having a decent UPS extends the life of a PSU greatly, although only a small sample size

tx dave ill give it a try a lil later tonight probably, i was toying around with stars assistant earlier, and enabled the detect-all in option with a bunch of tables open (some i was sitting out some were tables i wasnt sitting at at all) and it put a red border over a random table that i wasn't staying at, and forcing that table to the front.

here's a screencap of my layout with all stars tables, when i multi-site, i try to keep tables from each site grouped together in each block, each window is 640x464...

Ah, All-in detect will never work with that backgroud picture - It *must* have a solid background colour.

This only matters where the buttons appear, so you can get away with just having a solid section next to the chat display.

i'd change it to a solid color if that meant having something to make multisite cascading easier, but just to make AI detect work isnt worth changing my background, i think it'd look too weird just with a solid color in the buttons area

I trying to get table stack/HUD/AHK set up smoothed out
I am a novice at each
With AHK - what is a good setup so it allows for ability to switch to chat/flaming of opponent without switching it off or on - perhaps a screenshot or a list
On AHK what is the best method to flick threw tables and know for certain you have seen each and every table if you have one big stack - and for having two stacks
On Stacking - I downloaded all snap - but as a computer idiot having troubles working out how to get to work - does anyone have a link to a step by step guide

Does anyone know if you resize one table for note taking - how to set a refresh key for the stack setup?

You are happy checking for all-ins (on the 3 non-urgent stacks) manually then?

Problem is this: to do multi-site, we must stop the sites activating themselves (or make it not matter by forcing "always-on-top") If we do this, an all in table (only on Stars) will never activate (and may be covered by another).

If we can all-in detect on the stars tables, it is much better since we can still use in-built activation (so you get it for advance actions).

nah i dont mind not having detect ai cuz of the way i cascade, i only have two other tables to act on max if there is an "undered" ai table, so ill just take care of that block first, i constantly mouse over every block anyway out of habit so itd be hard for me to miss an ai on a non urgent block...if i just straight up cascaded more than 4 tables then yea it becomes a big PITA

but like i said if having that feature is necessary in a multisite popup queue then yea i dont mind changing to a solid colored background

As for AllSnap, it should "just work" - it will make windows snap together to each othe's borders when sizing / moving. If you're on Vista, you'll prob. need to do the usual "run as admin" tricks etc.

All Snap wont snap all the tables to the same size. Stars Planner will do that. All Snap is for lining up various windows on screen easily, regardless of window size.

so is it advisable for a dead set software computer imbecile like me be in my stars prog...modifying it?

so this program wrks like going into the pokertray and hit cascade all the time but will also work with stacked tables after u drag one aside for note taking with one hot key?
