I'm just posting this here in case people don't know about this.

I recently created an account on party (the skin I'm using is bwin) and I sent them an email to make sure that using Holdem Manager 3 is fine with them.

In the beginning I thought that this was kind of a silly question but I decided to ask anyway.

They emailed me back by giving me their list of allowed software which did not include Holdem Manager (2 or 3) and any version of Poker Tracker either.

I thought that there had to be some mistake.
They have a thing where they say: "If you think a piece of software should be included in our allowed software list please inform us"

So I emailed them again asking them to include Holdem Manager 3 in their allowed software list, only to get a second reply stating that Holdem Manager 3 is not in their allowed software list and I will be informed if they ever add it.

Additionally they wrote that in the meantime if I use any program that is not in the list I will be violating their terms and conditions of service.
