Precise odds for multiway

Hey,
I'm trying to build some ranges that make sense to me and I'm running into an issue. I'm playing 6-handed poker and I've decided to use equity againt random hands to decide what to openraise. The trouble is, when there are more than 3 people in the pot it becomes impossible to run complete equity searches on both odds oracle and equilab (too many calculations for the software to make I assume). You can do a randomized search on oracle for 600k tries and a montecarlo search on equilab for 1350k tries, and while both of those give you a general idea of your equity I don't know if it's really enough when there's so little difference between different results.
For example when I decide what to open CO I'm running my hands against three random hands, and I end up with 98o at 24.9% being a raise and Q3s at 24.85% being a fold, based on how many hands I've decided to openraise. I don't know if 0.05 difference at montecarlo is enough of a difference that I can trust that 98o is indeed better than Q3s against 3 random hands. It was even worse for MP.
Before I go with my ranges I'd like to know if there's a way to obtain more precise results than equilab's montecarlo. If there isn't I'll run with that but well, I'd rather be sure.
Thanks.
