Would Russian designers really put out malicious works? They seem to enjoy designing and also have the customer base for it. But some of those mods I use and now you make it feel unsafe to play.

I made some changes to my xtheme, can't decide which felt to go with.

You call this designing?

The top one is my Ra available for several poker platform, which i actually spent time designing and the bottom one is the result of a pretty poor attempt to "design" my mod and make it available at the Russian forum for free!
Also lets not forget the crafty FREE copy of my Waffle deck for FTP, some really creative Russian decided to put out, but he forgot to tell everyone that he may have accidently packed a trojan in for good measure

Obviously can't blame ALL the Russians but i have seen more Russians involved in cheap shady stuff more than any other nationality. To trust them or not is your own choice. I trust some and not others...

Russians are super shady. In PC gaming they are the number #1 nationality at cheating as well. This is backed by statistics of bans etc.
Don't know what it is with their culture but it's not unreasonable to treat all russians with caution.

How do I get top to bottom heads up tables instead of the standard side to side for Stars like that one post #5072 or similar?

Best way is to find a mod which is already set up that way. The alternative is to find a theme you like and decrypt and edit the gx.ini file yourself. you'll have to realign the [2x2], 2x4 etc. sections in the file

I cant tell you how - this is mod specific. That is why i told him to either find a mod which is already converted or to edit it himself.
You need to edit all the lines apart form the last 4
