here's a mod I made for myself and it's free.
Disclaimer: I haven't yet tested it 100%.



instructions:

1. extraxt the everlong.twoplustwo.com folder to the xthemes folder in your PS installation folder.
2. add this to the xthemes.ini file (open with notepad or similar):

base=simple@pokerstars.com

3. you should now be able to chose this mod in the themes menu.

I'd love this if I could get it with a tan/beige background.

I bought several of psthemes layouts which are cool...but ended up going back to hypersimple everytime.

it would take about 2 minutes to make and five to upload. make a jpeg of the background color you want and I'll hook you up.

edit: an even simpler solution; go to the folder you created; in the sober folder there is a file called bg.jpg. just change the color in paint, paint.net or whatever drawing app you have handy.

BTW all:

I played with it today and noticed 2 issues:

1. betpot script isn't working
2. my PAHUD layout does not look good at all with these boxes and will need serious tweaking (so will yours if you played on hypersimple)

bah here's a shot; it actually looks awesome with the tan bkgr




just put this as bg.jpg or simply choose it as a custom bkgr

Edit:

Did you modify the slider bar? Because that will mess up the betpot scipt. I made a mod like yours from the No Images theme and had to keep the slider bar brown to make the script work.

What does the everlong drunk layout look like?

Any idea why Bet pot isn't working? This is a GREAT mod, but it's pointless if it means not being able to use bet pot.

I tried replacing the modified slider bar with the original brown one and the script seemed to work. Try that.

Thanks D, reverting to bown slider seems to fix it with betpot 0.2m out of the box.

(BetPot should work, TableNav requires adjusting to bkgr with ctrl-right-click on fold btn (see TabNav documentation). StarsUrgentTable does not seem to work. As for PAHUD I went on about having to make a lot of adjustments but that was before I knew about the coice "Use Stars Image-enabled theme". Uncheck this.

Sorry for a probably ******ed question, but where's this xthemes.ini file you're referring to?

I can only find a themes.ini file with some gibberish inside when I open it in editor.

c:\program files (or whatever you have)\PokerStars\xthemes

if folder doesnt exist create one and make an .ini file plus extraxt the everlong.twopl........ golder there

btw, any chance you can chance you can change the size of the opponents cards to make it easier to see who's in the hand and who's not?

is there a way to simply adjust the sepia theme. I play PLO and i cant see my stack size, the cards are blocking it.

Alright, I did this and now the themes show up in the list inside the client, but when I apply any of them, it just shows the standard PS theme.
