One way you could make a transparent png (...\ctrls\options-button.png).
Deleting it also could work, but not sure if it won't replace with a backup image.

Another way is modify gx.ini file if I'm not mistaken. There should be some coordinates regarding that image.

Edit: in either case you'll need to edit ini file to bring "pot" down and pods closer together.

Finally finished my layout and custom HUD!

Layout is Focus theme from PKart with a few tweaks. Plus starscaption HUD.

Main HUD is H2N and has over 1.5K stats. Fully positional with pop ups which contain break downs of bet sizings. Mainly designed for 6 Max but will work fine with most Poker formats.

Deck created by me for easy visibility. Only did largest size cards because it's all I need on my 4K screen.

There's some further tweaking I would like to do but it's good for now!

Hi,

Pokerstars
Theme: Mercury
Background: Nova

I want to have one color on all multipliers.
How to change Nova background in Spin&go to that green color ( multiplier x6)
or to purple ( multiplier x25)?

Thanks for answer!

Does anyone have (or know where to find) a guide on how I can create my own chips for Stars? In Photoshop preferably?

What kind of guide are you looking for? With regard to creating the actual images, the chips are just normal PNG files, nothing fancy about them. The hard part is the actual design, and creation of your design.

There may be guides for general image creation and how to create certain affects. You may be able to find a general guide for creating an image of a poker chip, and that would be all you need.

Thanks for the reply. I am just interested in the whole process, how you create the effects and just general design tips. I will try something myself and go from there

I'm a terrible, terrible designer, so I'm hardly the person to provide tips, but I'll share anyways . A while ago I created my own set of chips from scratch using Paint.net. I would say search online to find some real tips, but I'm just excited that I found my original files. Here is some of what I did (going partially off my saved notes, partially off memory)

Single chip:

What you see above has been slanted. When I was designing the face of the chip everything was done straight up, as if you were looking directly at the top.

1. The first thing I did was create the plain background of the chip as a regular circle. I chose a size that was large enough to work with, but small enough that I didn't have to deal with thousands of pixels (they are hardly high-res finishes). You will probably be able to create something nicer using SVGs. The colour was set using a gradient to white (white at the bottom) so that you can differentiate the chips a little once they are stacked.

2. Second was to create the main design. For mine, I knew I wanted to display the team logo in the middle on a white circular background, so I drew a slightly smaller circle. There was space left around the edges so I added a scaled down image of the different suits, with the straight boarder lines. When that was done the flattened image looked like this:

3. After I added the team logo to the middle I had a "finished" product:

This is where the hard part came in.

4. I created a half-circle to match half of the main background (sample in next step, sort of), with the same colour as the main background. This time I used a gradient to white with the white at the top. This layer goes behind the main chip face and will come into play later on.

5. I took the result of step 3 and added a 45 degree slant/roll. Then I took the half-circle I created in 4 and positioned it near the bottom of the chip face to give the flat, slanted image some depth for a 3D appearance.

6. Finally, I manually extended the straight lines down the front edge to give the final image you see at the top.

I made sure to keep the parts of steps 1-4 as separate layers and saved those as my template. This allowed me to easily change colours or replace parts of an individual layer. With that template, after I adjusted the colours and logo, I only had to repeat steps 5 and 6 for each subsequent chip.

As I mentioned at the top, I am a terrible artist, and am hardly a creative person. Everything I did was with the basic tools available. With more ability and better tools you could make something that looks way nicer than anything I could do.

Wow that is amazing! I have a working knowledge of photoshop but I am not an artist - however I will try my best, hopefully something creative will come out of it

Hey,

Could anyone tell me what are the names in gx.ini file of those two things that I marked in red circles. I want to get rid of them completely:
1) upper left corner: time until blinds increase
2) bottom left corner: all those buttons: fold to any bet, sitout next bb etc..

Thanks!

Where can I change location of all-in probability % badge (chances of winning when all-in) next to cards? Can't figure it out myself, but have seen it moved to custom coordinates on modified layouts.

Hi obviousTROLL

[9x2] ( 9 it's number of seats and 2 it's number of cards or type of game )
probability=x1,y1 x2,y2.......x9,y9

X and Y are coordinates, and 1,2.....9 are seats!

This is an insanely nice theme! Are you still using it and would you mind sharing the details with me? I'm also on the quest to find tablespace without extra's.

Kind regards!

In Mercury ? If yes save this image in your pc and rename: note-colored-border-base , then replace in these folders:
C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerStars\Themes\nova\green\style-P7\chips&deck\other\1
C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerStars\Themes\nova\green\style-P7\chips&deck\other\3

Remember: run PokerStars client using PokerStars.exe ( folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerStars ) without updating.
