Pokerstars Theme (free) [main Poker Stars mods thread] - Page 68

Ok, I have downloaded goddi's whole theme package, can someone please explain to me how to install this? from scratch would be nice, never done this before.

if you are using the "Simplified" deck you can do this

go into the folder ..\PokerStars\Gx\chips&deck\deck\simple

delete the folder "0" > rename folder "1" to folder "0" > rename folder "2" to "1" > rename folder "3" to "2" > rename folder "4" to "3" > rename folder "5" to "4" > make a copy of folder "6" and rename it "5"

note: if you launch poker stars using the normal shortcut, it will overwrite your changes (..\PokerStars\PokerStarsUpdate.exe)

instead launch using ..\PokerStars\PokerStars.exe

make a copy of your modified "Simple" folder so that you can update once in a while and then replace your mods

did anyone else inherit the file slider.psd (slick theme\ctrls folder) with the last stars update?

wish they'd make that slip with some unencrypted ini files

What Pokerstars table skin and card skin do you use? I have a modified one currently but don't really like it and would prefer to change. If you could post a screenshot and where you got the skin from I'd appriciate it.

Also, I did search before I posted and couldn't find anything expect the Fozzy thread.

Guys, would you please help me, this theme is awesome, but I was wondering if there's a way to enlarge those rectangles with nickname and stacksize for players. I use enlarged fonts and they just wont fit. I've tried resizing seat.bmp and status.bmp from the label directory, but it gave no result.

That's right! Here's the screenshot:

What I mean is it is quite unhandy when stacks are choped like this. I'd like to have some more space for the text there.

Well, for instance, every thing is ok when I use HyperSimple Theme(Tablesizes are exactly the same). But I cant find the way to change it in Everlong's

Is it possible with Poker Stars to display a different felt color for the final table of MTT tourneys? Also is it possible to have seats removed as players are eliminated?

I'm looking for pokerstars card mods that are simple with a big font and white background and free. Can anybody point me in the right direction? I like the standard four colors. I've seen some for FTP but not for stars. When I put up 8 games, the stars cards are just too small. I like the ones in Fozzy's executalbe 5.4-Gray-Arial-XX.exe and I may just use these, but I'd like more of a white background perhaps with a big splotch of color for face cards.

Also, is there anyway that I can increase the font for the stack sizes in cash games on stars.

most of our mods already are compatible but since we started the cooperation we have more knowledge. i will add a 100% tn compatible version to every mod soon

think bar and deepfreeze have something simillar in mind.

this is not accurate with the stars table - unless a table says TableNinja Compatible assume that not all functions will work

I asked this a few pages ago already: Are there any glass tables available? I mean where its obvious that its glass (-> not a simple circle with nothing in it.)
