plugging leaks using hm 2 and 3

Hi everyone,
i am looking for a kind of guide on how to review my hands using my hm 2 and hm 3 database. Ik have played 43k hands using hm 3 and 240k hand using hm 2, mainly nl 10 and 25. I can beat the micros(nl10 13bb/100 over the last 37k hands, is this good?) , but i'm struggling with 25nl and up. I have leak buster that says that 'my river calling efficiency 's too low' or that my 'W$SD is too low' but that doesn't get me anywhere. I can see for instance that i dont play my suited connectors well or mid pairs. But i don't see how i could improve my game using my database.
Any tips, recommendations. links?
