@leipuri: Its not that difficult if you are familiar with image manipulation. Basically you need to do the following steps:

1. go to the Skins folder and browse to a part of the skin(eg. Skins/Layouts/modern/simple black)
2. copy + paste the original skin and rename the folder (this will be your own skin)
3. edit and manipulate images in the newly created folder to your likes
4. repeat steps 1-3 for other parts of the skin
5. reopen the SkinChanger and choose your new skin parts

pls post the new skin parts you created. This way I'll be able to add the new skins to the library, if more users want to try them out.

You may post a screenshot of the PokerStars Table. Maybe I will see what I can do to recreate that skin for PartyPoker.

Only deck and backs change with JStaxton mod. Not that I complain, but how the other things change (frame, background etc)?

@birdman: Did you try to move your mouse over the background and use the scroll wheel of your mouse? If you dont have a mouse wheel then try the shortcuts for that. To see all the shortcuts pls the F1 key to toggle the help screen.

was thinking about starting playing on party, but wanted a really simple deck for multitabling so i created this from a base of ipoker card. Would appreciate any feedback and if interest i would be happy to upload the deck. ofc this is smallest table size on party.

It seems, that I only get change cards with skinchanger. I also tried your set-up (changed all settings in PartyPoker as told in txt file) and then applied skinchanger changes (changed desktop, arrows etc in there), but still only change were cards.
Any ideas what could be wrong?

Or can you give me exact steps what to change in PartyPoker before modding?

@darkness_reigns: You can download the updates automatically with "F5" or rightclick -> "Check for Updates". But there are no new decks available at the Moment. If you have the time and did some cool mods, pls post them. If minimum 1 other member likes it, I'll add them to the pack!

@birdman: You are sure, that you want to use the selected table. What I want to say is this: Make sure you got any "classic" table skins selected if you play on PartyPoker in the old fashioned way. If you use the "modern" style then you can only use the appropriate skins. This is true for layout, arrows and cardbacks and will switch according to your selected table. Press "SPACE" to switch between types. (classic/modern).
Aside from that I only can hope that you followed the setup instruction I described here
If you have more problems pls follow the link and post your detailed problem in my SkinChanger thread. It is helpful if you add some info like: OS, language of PP software, content of the settings.ini (from where the skinchanger.exe is)

Hey, I'm looking to do some small mods to some of the table graphics, can someone tell me which graphic I want to change in each view?

I only seem to be able to find the thumbnail thats used in the select table menu

I have downloaded these from Highsteaks and I just cant get them working. So sad cos they look good.

I've followed the guide but my Party doesnt seem to take them on. The desktop shortcut of Party is C:\Programs\PartyGaming and I've installed them there but it doesn't show up anywhere.

What am I doing wrong guys?

Which ones did you try to install? The table mods are for the classic layout - most of the card mods install as an alternate deck - you need to go to the preferences/themes area of the lobby and select the deck.

Thanks. I installed the black one but not sure if what else I have to do. Do I have to delete the old classic table or anything? When I select it fro
the preferences tab it just looks the same. Also there seem to be two partygami g folders and Im not sure if i'm putting it in the correct one!

There is only one Party Gaming folder - sounds like it's installed the images in the wrong folder. You don't need to delete anything, the installer will overwrite the old files.

When you say you have two party gaming folders, does one of them have only the mod images in it? If yes, the installation has found the wrong place, just delete the folder and try again.
