The decks fine Bar, there's just a brutal three lines of help to navigate....

NewLayout -

The Alternative_Deck.png and the Alternative folder go in -
PartyGaming\PartyPoker\Images\NewGameTable
The deck will be displayed in preferences, themes, card decks in the Party Lobby with a picture.

Old Layout -

The Alternative_Deck.png goes in PartyGaming\PartyPoker\Images
The Alternative folder goes in PartyGaming\PartyPoker\Images\ClassicTable
The deck will be displayed in preferences, themes, card decks in the Party Lobby with a picture.

Free Mods

Each table mod is packed in an an installer and there is separate installers for the Card Mods (pictured) for each Party Layout.

Instructions on web page.

That's the beauty of the installer I guess, you just run it after a Party update and it's all good again. If it changes to the point where the installers point to the wrong spot I'll update them.

Unfortunately, the guy doesn't make cards any more, he just gave me permission to convert them to the new format and host them for free on the site so they wouldn't go to waste......

I must be missing something simple.

I've overwritten the default cards in both
C:\Program Files\PartyGaming\PartyPoker\Images\NewGameTable
C:\Program Files\PartyGaming\PartyPoker\Images

but Party still displays the default cards. I can't even find where it is accessing them from.

I'm using the new table, and the table and avatar mods are working fine.

Also, is there a mod for avatar_disabled, or should I just reduce the height of this image?

Thanks for any help.

Thanks for the reply. I might try your mods.

But the problem I was having was with trying to use the waffle cards that Szs posted. These have all the cards as individual files. (The alternative file folders etc seem to have just one file for all the cards - is that correct?)

Party changed the style a short while back - you need the strip style cards. I think there is a waffle deck around somewhere on the forum but not many have been converted....

I had a few people asking for a Yellow Deck so I finally got around to finishing it (there is a grey spades version also). Pretty simple but looks good in play - only Modern Layout at this stage. Instructions up the top of the download page - just install and choose the deck in your Party Lobby/Preferences area.

Keep the little boxes inside the advance actions (fold, check/fold) etc white - shortcuts programs pick up the white area for unticked and black for ticked. Nice mod.

Anyone have any luck getting these mods to work at the party skin, Empire Poker?

I've tried replacing the files like I do in Party, but once I open up a table the client crashes.

Empire and Party (Classic tables) use almost the same files, but not quite.

Decks and cardbacks made for Party Classic version will work on Empire, if dropped into this folder:

EmpirePokerMaster\EmpirePoker\Images\ClassicTable

Table themes need to be modified to fit. For example: Party uses "blank" buttons and lets the software add the text, while Empire writes the text directly on the graphic. ...so if you used a Party theme on Empire, you would get textless buttons for starters. Also other differences, so you would need to spend an evening or so with Photoshop.

If you don't mind paying for a solution, we got a small "Empire" library over at TiltBuster.
