Odds Oracle - specific syntax question (How to take the top 60% of a tailored 30%)

Hey Guys,
just a quick one.
I have a 30% custom made range. IŽd like to use that range as the basis for smaller ranges as well.
For example, if I want to use an 18% range in Odds Oracle, IŽd like to take my own 30% range and tell Odds Oracle to only use the top 60% of that tailored 30% range (06*30 = 18%).
What is the syntax to do that?
