On a more serious note i dont think you will find this data publicly at least not for free and the best way you can do to built this exploitable strategies is to get your hands on a few dozens millions of hands from the format your playing and conduct a population tendency study for the entire population and then after filtering the data for just the top winners of your format/stake repeat the process too.
