I've been trying to get ACR on my laptop forever now, but for some reason, it will not work. I download & install, it pops up in my apps just fine, but when i go to open/use it, it's just a black screen. Is there something I am missing here? I am not too literate when it comes to computers and such, I've researched a bunch online, and can't find any answers to why it's not working. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!
