Is There Any Automated Stop Loss Software - Does This Exist?

I don´t like to worry about my results while playing, and do my best to not even look at my cashier for longer periods of time, as this removes stress and also enables me to fully focus on what matters the most (decision making at the tables). Unfortunately, this is not possible when moving up especially if we´re trying to do it a bit more aggressively.
What I´m looking for is a software that keeps track of how much I´m losing and either marks sit out when I reach some target (like 5 BIs for example), pops up/sounds, or does everything on this list automatically.
Does it exist? Any recommendations?

As far as I know most poker sites do that. You can go into your account settings and there should be an option.
