Keeping record of Pokerstars volume?

Hello
I am a casual microlimit NL hold em player. At the end of each month, I would like to know how many hours (or hands if easier) I have played at each stake.
Is there a simple way of getting this data without having to record it myself every session?

Pokertracker 4 keeps track of how many hands and how many hours you play. I suspect software like hand2note and HM2 do as well.
