Hi guys,

Wondering if anyone has any experience with either or both ICC (card catcher by acepokersolutions) or the new PT4 hand grabber?

I have used ICC for a long time and want to continue supporting the creators who have put a lot of hard work into the software through all ignitions(bodogs) terrible updates over the years.

Problem is, PT4 gives it to me for free now, so when my sub runs out, I have to know if im using the better or worse piece of software to track bodog/ignition.

Can anyone give any idea on whether or not PT4 HG does the job any better than ICC? I know ICC loses about 1-2% of hands but I think thats just a bodog hh problem overall, and HG may suffer from this as well.

Any other benefits for using HG over ICC?

I really doubt it will be free once it’s out of beta. PT4 grabber stopped working for a while since Bovada update but I got email today saying there’s an update that fixes it now. Have not tried new update yet.

Thanks for your comments. The ignition card catcher shouldn't lose any hands. If you're seeing hand loss for any reason, then you should contact support. We don't have any reports of that outside of what you had stated on here on 2+2 once, but we don't have any logs or info on it. We have zero reported cases on hand loss outside of your post fyi. And I'm a customer of my own products as well, and I've never seen hand loss.

As far as I know PT4's hand grabber doesn't support tournaments. I guess at some point they will. I can't really comment beyond that. Just wanted to make note that if you're seeing some issue, you should send in a log. Thanks for your consideration either way. I appreciate your thoughtful comments.
