This prolly won't work well against multi-tablers as the speed they act is more likely to be dictated by the actions on their other tables. Even so, it wouldn't be hard to see if it had any potential and there are prolly two things that you could try:
1) Find out if there is any correlation between the timing of an action and the next action a player takes (ie: quick checks might correlate with folding).
2) Find out if there is any correlation between the timing of an action and the strength of the player's hand.
I doubt very much you'll get something all that useful though. as multi-tablers are just too prolific thesedays.
