Hello, I have purchased custom Piosolver preflop trees from fulldecksolutions.com (Mitchell Reid) and was scammed.

Short version:

March 15: Pair $137.5 for custom solutions.
...
Being ignored for few weeks.
...
April 20: Got an email from Mitchell telling that he changed emails and forgot to send trees. Offered refund or store credit.
I said if he already have trees he can send them to me (didn't want to screw him over in case he really has them), otherwise to provide me a refund.
...
Being ignored for 2 weeks.
...
May 3: Got "I am sorry" email again with a link to a package with trees and a store credit offer again. Unfortunately the pack is not what I have ordered and just some random solution pack that I don't need. I asked for a refund again.
...
Being ignored again for 9 days and counting.

Screenshots of emails since I paid for trees:

not knowing what it is or what is doing, but in end of first Screen he says he WILL drop you a note WHEN ist done. so its obvious he didnt have what you wanted at that Point. from personal experience´people oftwn read stuff into things which arent there. so Looks like sort of misunderstanding....

Well, before purchasing the trees he was always replying in less than 24 hours and were very detailed, he put time in to them. So that's just first thing, that after he got money he started not replying, which would have taken him literally 1 minute to do.

Second, I am not posting it after a week. 2 months have already passed and he doesn't have trees. It would have been solved already by this time. And if he had problems that did not allow him to solve, just simply refunding me money would be totally fine. But he is ignoring my refund request and instead trying to give me store credit, which for him is obviously much better because he will not have to spend resources solving new trees.

How long I should have waited in your opinion? 6 months? a year?

He should issue a full refund immediately, along with an apology and some kind of store credit for your inconvenience. Anything less would be uncivilized.

you bought it knowing it wouldnt have what you wanted? not get it.. unless he did sell it saying it would do something it doesnt, its in no way scamming. it would be you buying it blue eyed....

... and if he promised to add something and you bought it anyways before it was done, it clearly had sort of value for you at the time. which mean it was again no scam.... just not as perfect as you dreamed it even after some time.

I really don't understand what you want yo say. You probably don't know how it works. In order to solve preflop trees I need to have piosolver esge which costs 1000 usd and server to run it on, which is also not cheap. Fulldecksolutions already have both, so I just paid him to solve trees for me. I didn't receive trees and also didn't get refund for you. How is this not a scam?

just reread this, so you bougth a "comming soon" product on 15.3.2018, he told there is a week delay before he can do anything and he expect it to be finished in two weeks (no idea if means total 3 weeks). just say should be 3 weeks, so plan was to have it around 07.04.2018. on 03.05. he send you something, which at this point had a delay of 4 weeks, but at this point seems you decided for a refund no matter what....you said here you would have had a look at it and it wasn't what you expected, but you didn't tell him about it in the screens and from what i read into his messages, he had unexpected issues with his internet Provider, surely not your problem, but still explains his delays.

bottomline for me is, yes, it was alot slower as he had planed. Yes, in a ideal world everybody should respond within seconds (and maybe he even is, when he can sell something new).... but at this point, he didn't refuse a refund yet (which i personal would if what he provided is doing what was promised from his persective, even with that Long delay).

calling him a scammer is just out of line.

sry, got to involved here now, ist not my Problem. i just can stand poeple screaming scam in such situations.

- After he didn't provide me the product in time, I asked for a refund OR product (if he already has it). I didn't want to screw him over and ask for refund if he already invested in the product, but clearly he didn't even started solving it. So he could just refund and no one gets hurt.

- On 05 03 he sent me totally different package, not even close to what I have ordered. Imagine situation in real life when you order Iphone X and after huge delay they send you Samsung Galaxy S5 with the message "sorry for delay, my bad. We will provide you $200 discount for your next purchase". And after asking for a refund they ignore you. It's literally the same situation as this example. Would you still not call it a scam?

- You are telling that he didn't refuse refund yet. So then in theory if he will never reply, he will never reject a refund so I will never be able to call him a scam?

Just saw this thread and also write down my opinion.

I asked Mitch what comes with the product and got good answers so I bought the 6max charts 6-8 months ago.
They got delivered but a part of the tree (vs 3bet) was still flawed and he told me that he'll fix it within a month, send me the rest and that ranges will be converted to PioSOLVER also within a month. (he told me both things before I bought the product)
A month later I asked if he can do custom solves via his FB and his E-Mail and he didn't reply.
I then asked after 2-3months if the other stuff he promised is finished again no reply via E-Mail or FB.
1-2 Weeks ago I messaged him via E-Mail and FB if he is still around.
Again no reply.

His last profile pic change was in july (over 1 month after he stopped responding)
It's a picture of him in vegas ... I was there as well... could've found a solution...
If anyone knows if there's a way to get my money back or to actually reach him that would be nice.
I bought something which I didn't get delivered (only parts of it) and I honestly also feel scammed. He doesn't even reply even though FB says he read my messages.
