I this card design/theme on a lot of online videos, where do I find it and how do I install it on PokerStars?

It is one of the pre-installed options in the stars client. You just have to change the Theme settings.

Ah, I guess the Mac client doesn't have those options for Front Deck style. I just have the first one with the King drawing. Bummer. Thanks for the help though!

Try turning off the new graphics engine, it doesn't have a lot of those options.
