What is the best GTO analyser to analyse spots? What is the best bang for your buck software in this category? I don't want to spend a lot of money (hopefully less than 200$).

You are looking for a solver, Pio and Simple and PokerSnowie are the types of software you are looking for.

My advice would be to download SimplePreflop and use the trial to see if you like how it works. You could probably run most of the sims you want with the trial version honestly.
If the price is a concern, you aren't probably aren't playing high enough where you need to be going ham with a solver in the first place.

Just making assumptions but that's my humble opinion.

GTO Plus is only about $60-70.
