Hi folks

I'm getting the message "You are already logged-in from another computer" when I try to sign into my PS account on my laptop. It's asking me to log off the other computer, but in fact I am.

According to Stars FAQ this is referred to as a "Hanging Login" and states: "To resolve this issue please use the Contact Support Form to contact us so that we can manually log you out." Which I did 2 1/2 days ago, and still no response. I've tried a bunch of searches online to try to find another workaround, but haven't found anything. I even tweeted Stars and again no response.

Anyone have any ideas here? It's sooooo tilting as I'm looking at all these SCOOP mixed game tournaments I planned to play and can't. I'm at the point where I almost want to create another account, but I know that violates their T&C's so that may just make the problem worse.
