Hi,
A Long time ago I made the program (for myself and for practice) that generates PokerStars player notes with stats based on hand history files.
Recently, by accident I found its sources and decided to reactivate it.
Just download and run - no installation, no registration, completely free.
Maybe it will be useful to someone, enjoy:

Version 0.14 release.

Change log:
- new tab option "Player stats" with statistics for PLAYER from tables and sessions (saved in file "tablesPLAYER.csv")
- action count stats moved to new file "notedPLAYER.csv"
- new note for players with run it twice option: "+RunItTwice"
- fixed shifted date read/write
- fixed %VPIP, %PFR and %3BET rounding
