Convert dollars to BB Ignition

Anyone know if such a software exists for Ignition/Bovada/Bodog? I've seen it running with Pokerstars using Stars Helper.
Basically what I want is to show stacks of players at the table in BB and bets, pots, etc. in #BB rather than $$.

This will be a feature in Table Tamer soon. I have to focus on fixing some other bugs, but I have basically finished implementing this.
