Did a search but couldn't find anything on this...is there a way to use combonator on a mac or are there comparable software?

Combonator developer here. Mac support is something i would really like to add if the customer demand is there. The software is developed in python so (in theory) supporting other platforms is possible, but i've never coded for the Mac so i'll have to see how feasible it is.

Questions for Mac users: Are there many/any Hold'em study tools with first-class Mac support?

Lets say you do a mac version of combinator.. cool but virtually every other poker tool is still written only for windows. Fusion means that a mac user can now use any of these other tools as well.

- Because it was the language i'm most familiar with and i already had a bunch of poker-related libraries knocking around, and wanted to find out what the gui toolkits were like (answer: nasty). it initially started as a personal project. i wouldn't have picked python if the goal was commercial distribution from day 1.

If anyone is still interested in a solution, I managed to run Combonator on macOS by using wine (https://www.davidbaumgold.com/tutorials/wine-mac/).

Hello Prodeo,

how did you manage to run Combonator on macOS using wine solution? I followed your tutorial and I was able to install Combonator using wine but I got some error message during the installation. Now I can see Combonator in Program Files folder and when I`m trying to run it, it shows error message below.
