Can't get all hand histories from Bodog

Hello,
I've recently started playing on Bodog and cannot seem to get all my hand histories. I've waited until they were available for download, hit the 'download all' button and then when the page refreshes only some of the hand histories are available. I try hitting 'request hand history' for each of these individually but that doesn't do anything. The page refreshes but looks the same.
