Can't connect to PokerJuice

Does anyone else have problems connecting PokerJuice? When I try to login, it says "send failed". Normally that means that there is no internet connection, but I have tried with 3 different connections and this has been going on for 2 days.
Support doesn't reply, so I would like to know if the problem is in my end or theirs.
