The Bovada client uses a "table_Background" image with an overlay "table_Foreground" image. The default background image is essentially just the top border and the area below the table where the chat box and betting buttons are. I discovered that by using a transparent foreground image and instead modding the background image you can gain some valuable real estate for nicer looking mods.

New deck, "Gin Rummy"
I recently ported the FTP Midnight background and added an Arcadia table with a felt color to match the room. I'll include this background/table setup with the purchase of the deck.
I've been playing a lot of 6 max zone. So, for a little nostalgia I added the old FTP avatars to the background (obviously making hero a shark and all villians fish).

Here's a re-design of an old favorite. I made it mini-sized for better playability on Bovada. I'm calling it, "Clean White."

I simply re arranged the cards in paint to fit bovada format and blacked the edges, if someone with good photoshopping talent can make the edges transparent so they fit all backgrounds that'd be great!

I have another mod pack available. The table and these backgrounds are from a mod called "Black" that I originally made for FTP. I'm including the same dealer button & chipset from the Arcadia pack, but throwing in two new decks, Broadway & Shimmer.

Here are some of the backgrounds/cards included in his Stars Clone mod.
EDIT: The Full Tilt bg is not included in his stars package, I found that one on my own. Let me know if anyone wants it.
I also got rid of the lines by adding a completely transparent image.

When a table is in a slot, grab the bottom or right edge and try to resize the table smaller and let go. You may have to do it a few times, but it will increase the font size.

Some of the most helpful advice I've ever rec'd on 2p2. Looks night and day better. I use Placemint already and it's not the end of the world to just click the table edge to get it to increase.
