Anyone using HM3? Anyone using HM3?

02-10-2019 , 10:13 AM
Hi there, I have been looking for a similar post and didn't find anything, hope I didn't miss it.

Just like the title says, is there anyone out here using HM3? The beta version has been going for a few years now and it doesn't seem to be improving, and I haven't seen any streamers nor players in general using it.

Any answers would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

If you are having problems with HM3 please use the Send Feedback feature in the software so we can make sure you have the latest internal beta. We haven't pushed a new beta to all the testers in a number of months because we are working on the final licensing for the upcoming official release.

well, I tried for less than 30 minutes and found too many bugs, sent 3 reports and stopped trying, hope you guys manage to figure it out because it looks good. I saw you were paying beta testers, if that's an option, I wouldn't mind putting time into it, otherwise, I probably won't be using too much of my time to find bugs and report them having HM2 that works just fine.

Please create a new support ticket or use the HM3 Send Feedback system and report/bump the issues so I can go through your support history to make sure they are resolved and make sure you have the latest HM3 build. We likely replied and gave you a link to update if we thought it would help because our auto update system is disabled in preparation for the upcoming release and you are likely using an old build. Unfortunately our replies sometimes go to a customers junk/spam email folder and they don't see our replies if they don't check that email folder.

Yes, I received the email and a few repplies. I installed the updated version and tried it out. My pc has never lagged that much, I was unable to play more than 10 minutes with HM3, even with the HUD only version. The “show mucked hands” option was enable to last 3 seconds, but stayed for over a minute every time, and the different hands were piling up one on top of another, and when I tried to shut down HM3 everything froze (I managed to openpush AA cause I didnt wanna lose it and I got called at least haha). About 5 minutes I was unable to even move the mouse.

Also I tried that new weird graphic HUD thing, and it blacked out, took me a while to be able to close the program and open it again. Also, when I opened it, the HUD wasnt showing anymore, it appeared 10-15 minutes later, although the program was importing the hands, and the session was being updated.

So yeah, pretty cool experience I might say haha

I stream poker regularly, and even use piosolver with it, and it has never ever happened something similar to it, so my pc has nothing to do with this.

I reported 4 or 5 more things through your reporting system, but this is a no for me until you release the final version (any ideas on when will that be more or less?).

Thanks for your support. If anyone is using it and it works ok, I would appreciate if you show up and tell me what kind of magic you are doing haha.

HM3 has been in private beta testing for over 2 years and I have had very few reports of those types of issues, especially from someone with a machine capable of running PIO Solver w/o issues. Our main focus right now is the upcoming release of HM3. Waiting for the official release of HM3 won't solve these problems for you, you need to send us a new set of logs to our support site so we can try and help you solve these issues.

If you can send your log files and a link to this thread via the send feedback system in HM3, or via our support site, we can look at your logs and see if we can suggest some possible solutions and/or schedule a remote support session if necessary.
