I'm not sure this is the right thread to place this but I'm really curious if is it just me or someone else is having the same problem as I have.

Some hands are clearly not saving on my PC while playing so I decided to ask for the hand histories from the support. They have sent the hands but the hand I'm specifically looking for is not in that file either. Though I clearly remember the hand because it happened shortly after I have opened my account at ACR and started playing after depositing.

I clearly remember to this day that on 27th April between 07:00-09:00 CET, I was managed to win a pot where I had JJ in a 0.05/0.10 NLHE game, stacked my opponent, won around 8-10 USD from the pot, and the hand was not saved on PC by the client, and surprisingly it's not in the file they have sent me either. Most of the hands are there but some of them are missing.

If they don't have it then I think it is something clearly messed up with their system.

Do you guys who play there having this issue as well?

Yes :/ Every time I get kicked out of a tournament, I can't review my last hand. It's really frustrating because I want to review these hands more than any of the other hands I've played.

It doesn't happen all the time I'm eliminated, but I've noticed when the table closes after I'm eliminated, the hand history is not available. Seems like a really simple bug to fix, but for some reason they prioritize adding emotions to avatars than fixing simple problems that drive users crazy.

"Hand History" isn't the only problem. I had QQ pre-flop and faced a raise. There were other people still left in the hand. The system did not let me re-raise. That's a fundamental software problem. I was only given the option to call. Waste of $$$

The problem with ACR and hand histories is nothing new. This has literally been going on for months if not a year??. Just talking to support will confirm this. Some players apparently do not receive any saved hand histories while others such as myself receive incomplete hand histories which do not allow me to auto import to HM2. Its outrageous they have yet to fix this

ok good to know, thanks guys was trying to figure out why I was missing certain hands. My graph is out of wack missing those.
