You can manually copy/paste cards1 - cards6 into a new folder, and rename them all down 1 size so that they are now cards0 - cards5. Then paste the newly renmaed files back into the \elements folder. This has been discussed in the large FTP mods thread a couple of times. Search for posts by me if you need more detailed instructions. it is late and I am getttin ready for bed. If you oversize the cards3 (by renaming the cards4 to cards3) then the hand replayer will not work properly. I usually oversize all of the deck sizes, except the cards3 and cards6.
